Most infertility procedures are not covered by insurance.
The total cost of the Vasectomy Reversal (Vasovasostomy – V-V)
procedure is $8,900, broken down as follows:
- Dr. Green’s surgical fee: $5,900
- Anesthesia: $1,000
- Surgery center fee: $2,000
A $1,500 reservation fee is required when scheduling surgery. This fee secures time in the operating suite and use of specialized equipment, including a high-powered microscope. The reservation fee is applied toward Dr. Green’s surgical fee.
Please note:
- The reservation fee is non-refundable if the surgery is canceled.
- Surgery may be rescheduled once at no charge if we are notified at least 3 weeks in advance.
- If surgery is rescheduled a second time, an additional reservation fee will be required. This fee will also be applied toward the total cost of surgery.
Dr. Green does not charge an additional fee if a vasoepididymostomy is required.
The total cost of the Microscopic Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (MESA)
procedure is $5,442.50, broken down as follows:
- Dr. Green’s surgical fee: $2,250
- Anesthesia: $1,386
- Surgery center fee: $2,056.50
