Vasectomy Reversal Charges & Payment Plans

Vasectomy Reversal Cost is $7500.

The charge for vasectomy reversal performed in the office includes anesthesia, site fee and professional fee. The total fee is $7500.

Please note: There is no additional charge for Dr. Gatewood to perform a Vasoepididymostomy.

* Monthly payments can be made either by post-dated checks left on the day of surgery or your written permission to debit your credit card or check card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as cash and checks. A late fee will be applied after the 10th day.
 

The $1500 deposit will not be refunded if the patient cancels surgery, or fails to show up for their appointment at their scheduled time. The deposit will hold the quoted price for surgery for six months in the event the fees should change.

Please note that we do not offer money-back guarantees on surgery. For vasectomy reversals or vasectomy reversal “re-do’s” done at the Blake Medical, please call the office for pricing.

Tax Deductions

On a personal note, remember that medical expenses exceeding 7.5%, of your AGI, that have not been reimbursed, are tax deductible as allowed by law, this would include airfares, meals, etc. See http://www.IRS.gov and search Publication #502 for details of allowable deductions.

Check Policy

If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, your account will be electronically debited for the amount of the check plus the state maximum fee.
